CS & R Quality Home Care's website was not SEO friendly. In the two years they after they originally launched their website, they never got any leads from it. They also wanted to change their domain from .org to .com as they did not want to be confused with non-profit agencies. During the design process, Bizzistance advised them to drop the "and" in their domain name so that the email addresses for their staff would be shorter.
One of the egregious issues we found was that CS&R's services were listed in a accordion. This was terrible for CS&R as they are a services company. Accordions are for "asides" — information that a visitor can choose to ignore. The services of a services company are not "asides." They are essential for visitors to see. I was aghast.
Needless to say, Bizzistance' top priority was to expand their services from an accordion on only one page to seven (7) pages, to showcase each of their services and to enhance their website's SEO. Other UI (user experience) changes made were to move the phone number from the left to the right and adding a Testimonials page.
