  • I want a website! How do we start?

    Fantastic! Just get in touch with us.


    • For restaurant websites, we will need your menu so that we can set up your online menu for your review.

    • For sole proprietor and service provider websites, we'll schedule a brief consultation/interview with you to obtain the information needed for your website, such as how long you've been in the business, your college or vocational education information (if applicable), successfully completed projects (with pictures, if any), and other information to help set you apart from your competition (we'll help you figure this stuff out and help you write it up!) -- You don't need this stuff right away, but should forward to us as we're developing your site for you.

    • For product-selling websites, we'll need a longer consultation to obtain information similar to that needed for the sole proprietor website, and possibly a visit to your physical store (if you have one) to view what you're selling. If you have any printed literature, please send them to us (or provide to us during our store visit) and we'll repurpose the language for your website wherever we can.

    Once we've staged your website to our satisfaction, we'll provide you a link to the preview site for your review and feedback and together we will  decide on next steps.

  • How long will it take to set up my website?

    For sole-proprietor and service provider websites, typically in 5-7 business days. However, the go-live date for restaurant websites may take up to an additional 10 business days, to ensure we successfully complete end-to-end testing of the ordering process to ensure a quality process workflow for your staff as well as the ordering system prior to going live.


    For product selling websites, the non-product pages (Home, About, Contact Us, and Get an Estimate) can usually be designed within 7 business days. The complexity and number of products will dictate the balance of the schedule. We will work closely with you to ensure we design and launch your website in the quickest and most quality-conscious way possible.

  • How many pages will you design for my business?

    We have Web Design packages you can choose from or we can provide a custom quote for you.

  • How will my site look on tablets and phones?

    Our websites are designed to look great on all platforms: desktop, tablet, and mobile phones. We integrate Click to Call and Find Us features in all our mobile designs!

  • Are there any charges on the orders placed on my website?

    No and yes :)


    No, in that Bizzistance charges only a FLAT monthly fee for the hosting, ordering system (if applicable), and support for your website. We do NOT take any commissions on any orders placed through the website. Whether you receive 10 orders a month or 10,000 orders a month, you only pay a flat monthly fee.


    Yes, in that the payment processor to which we connect your ordering system will charge their normal payment processing fee. For example, PayPal or Stripe will typically charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

  • How do I get notified of my orders?
    • For restaurant websites, you will receive order notifications via an app on a mobile phone or tablet we provide.
    • For product-selling websites, you will receive "abandoned carts" and "order" notifications via email.
