WHS Media Productions is a media production company whose mission is to produce and distribute media that supports cross racial/cross cultural understanding. Its owner, William H. "Smitty" Smith, Ed.D., provides consultative services to organizations and businesses regarding programs and training aimed at eliminating racial prejudice and advancing access and equity.

A little about the project:

Smitty had a website from which his company self-fulfilled product orders. The site was unattractive and did not do justice in marketing Smitty, the WHS Media Productions company, nor their products. It was also utterly incapable of automating the fulfillment of website orders through third parties.


Smitty needed his website redesigned for attractiveness and ease of navigation, connected to a third-party fulfillment center for tangible products and to Vimeo for streaming products, and fully operational within three weeks of engagement start.


Bizzistance completed the project ahead of schedule. The website was redesigned, fully functional, and tested end-to-end in 2.5 weeks. The website easily handled the anticipated volume of visitors and orders from the publicity generated by the PBS special that aired in week 3 of the project (the reason behind the urgent schedule).
