Rich used to write up his estimates and invoices manually. After about three months of typing up each line item individually, Bizzistance decided to redesign his invoices into a checklist form. Then we adapted the invoice form to an estimate form. The new checklist format for his estimates and invoices reduced the time required to draft them from 15–20 minutes each to about 5 minutes each. Then we email the estimates or invoices to his leads/customers when finalized. The bonus is that this solution not only streamlined a process and reduced labor, but it also serves as advertisement for Rich's Removal as his leads and customers can now see the full breadth of his services. A small redesign was given to their business card by adding their stylized logo and the color green to the design. The card is printed with raised lettering.
